| Ah, some two-lane! It was good two lane as well - twisty. US-250 from Moundsville WV to Fairmont, WV. This was a crazy road. 55MPH speed limit for much of it. Some unmarked turns too tight for a 55 speed. Cars, nicely, would pull over at an open spot to allow a nice pass. I recall rolling through a blind left hand turn only to experience a pickup approaching with squealing wheels. It was wanting to make a left turn and could have been right across my lane. Close. |
