Fog over bay area - from the South looking North
This is the first (partial) picture of the 1968 Ford Ranch Wagon - just after purchasing it in San Jose.  I left San Jose on a record breaking hot day (110+F) with the air conditioner on.  As I drove North to the SF Bay I ended up turning the air off....  then rolling down the windows.... then eventually rolling the windows back up.... and ended up turning the heat on just a bit.

Driving down Lombard Street
With perhaps 100 miles on the 'new' car (with 107K on the ODO) - sure I trust the brakes!

Looking up Lombard Street
There is a cross street/crosswalk in front of the car hood - it's so steep that a person could walk by and I would not be able to see them over the hood
